Challenge: Increase awareness around a new company tool.
ADP created a research-based Engagement Tool to help business and HR leaders connect better with employees by understanding their wants, needs, and aspirations. We were brought on board to drive traffic by showcasing the Engagement Meter’s merits. We developed a digital marketing campaign that consisted of email marketing and an ebook, interactive infographic, and video to promote the meter. The campaign messaging consisted of three parts designed to help engage, nurture, and grow prospects into active users of the Engagement Meter. The results were a 39% open rate and 3.02% Click through rate.
